How ?

Through its multiple missions of suppliers invoices Dematerialization in JDE, b.workshop has developed a know-how and a method. The latter is described as follows:

  • Modeling of target processes with and without purchase order, with immobilizations’ invoice, …
  • Definition of the actors and what they will target (operational, approver, accounts payable, etc.)
  • Definition of the perimeter supported by the dematerialization solution and JDE
  • Identification of the main management rules such as invoice reconciliation rules, approach costs, VAT deviation tolerances, etc.
  • List of rising and falling interfaces and master systems according to different referencials
  • Based on this conception, which will be summarized in a document, a detailed functional specification will be produced and transmitted to the analyst / developer.

Resources
