The customer wants to set up a dematerialization solution for his suppliers’ invoices and at the same time centralize its processing through a shared service center within the group.
The success of this project relies heavily on taking into account the impacts it creates on internal processes and awareness / training of the various actors (procurement of purchase orders, approval workflow, budget& contractor monitoring, receipt in time for invoice reconciliation)
The relationship with suppliers must also be adequately rethought in regards to their method of invoicing and the information to be included on their invoices
B.workshop is mandated to accompany the client in the definition of his processes and the management rules to be implemented at each step of the flow: in fact, this translates from a tool point of view into choices both in JDE and in ITESOFT (dematerialization tool & approval workflow)
B.workshop is responsible for putting in place various training materials (powerpoint and videos) and then issuing a certain number of training days adapted to the level of the participants (beginner / confirmed): the objective being to train how to use the tools as well as to recall good practices and issues

The client has commissioned b.workshop to deploy the core model group on one of its sites. The gap analysis approach made it possible to identify the necessary developments and the need for accompaniment.
B.workshop has assumed the entire deployment in support of the customer’s teams.

IS standardized on French production sites: aligned procedures, gain for Customer feedback consolidation: “No major impact on operations. Overall, it is a real success. The group bought a production site in the US in early 2014 and decided to build a core model based on the group’s ERP (JD Edwards). This core model is intended to be deployed on his future acquisitions.
Replacement of SAP in the US is imperative in short time frames.
The core model is a necessity in French companies and an asset for future acquisitions.

B.workshop dealt with the functional perimeter with phases of movement (Gap, Models, Recipes, Go live support).
